The purpose of this website is to provide guidelines for Public Housing Agencies who wish to elect to change their fiscal year end (FYE), consolidate agencies, or transfer program funds.

To submit requests for Fiscal Year End Changes, refer to PIH Notice 2011-57 and Consolidation Changes, refer to PIH Notice 2002-18 and PIH Notice 2001-25. The Department is currently working on procedures and will have an updated Notice posted to this site in the near future.
