HUD RAP (Relocation Acquisition Policies) is the Official Policy newsletter of HUD's Relocation and Real Estate Division. The newsletter primarily provides official HUD policy and guidance on relocation and acquisition issues in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA), section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and other HUD program requirements. Each newsletter answers one or more specific policy questions.
