Requests for verification of employment of Departmental employees (except for those who are serviced by Executive Resources) are completed by the Bureau of Fiscal Service/Administrative Resource Center (BFS/ARC), which can be reached by calling (304) 480-8000; Option 4. Employees, other than those serviced by Executive Resources, who apply for loans that require information about employment and salary data should advise the lending institution to send the request for verification to:

Presidential Appointees, Members of the Senior Executive Service, Administrative Law Judges, Schedule C employees, Experts and Consultants, and Regional Administrators are serviced by the Office of Executive Resources. Their requests for employment verification should be directed to Office of Executive Resources.
